Nursery is an important time in your child’s life. It is a time when they become more independent and begin to make their own choices. They may make a special friend, excel at a particular subject or discover they can do something that they thought they couldn’t! It is an exciting start to their preschool years which in turn leads them onto a good start at full-time school.
We offer the chance for children to stay for lunch or extra regular sessions at an additional cost to parents as well as the extra 30 hours Government scheme. For more information please contact the school office.
All children’s progress is assessed termly from the time they start school. Progress is shared with parents at termly consultation evenings, but an appointment can be made at any time with the class teacher, for you to discuss your child’s progress or to raise any concerns. Practitioners communicate with parents on a daily basis, at drop off and pick up, to celebrate and share small and major milestones and achievements.
