A super effort by our Year 5/6 girls, who advanced beyond the group stages of the Girls’ Football Event run by @ACESport_UK this afternoon. Lots of great performances and respect shown throughout, not only by our girls but all of the competing teams #stgrovePE
KS2 Boys’ Football Event: Wakefield Football Centre – January 2025
So proud of our Year 5 and 6 boys who came top in the streamed round robin for all second teams from the initial pool stages in the Football event organised by @ACESport_UK As such, they won this beautiful trophy. #teamwork #Communication #stgrovePE
Wakefield Finals Cross Country Event – October 2024
What a pleasure to accompany the Year 5 and 6 pupils to the Wakefield Cross Country Finals today, hosted by @Outwood_CityF
West Yorkshire Finals ‘Here we come’
A huge congratulations to our seven children who have qualified for the West Yorkshire Cross Country Finals next March. The Year 6 boys qualified as the fastest Year 6 Boys team in the area and our girls qualified as wild card runners in their respective races. We look forward to competing at Temple Newsam again.
Year 5/6 Outwood Together Tag Rugby event: October 2024
A huge congratulations to our Year 5/6 children who were winners last night in the Outwood Together Tag Rugby event held at Newton Hill. Such a privilege to be told how fantastic the children were encouraging and supporting each other during the games #stgrovePE
Cross Country Event: October 2024
Thank you to @ACESport_UK for running another super Cross Country event. It was a delight to see the determination and will to succeed by all children from the participating schools in their respecting races. We look forward to hearing about the next stages.
