Lunchtimes at Stanley Grove are a very sociable time. Children from Reception to Year 6 sit together on tables in our hall. Music is playing and the children talk together, with the older children acting as role models or the younger ones. This encourages children from different classes to socialise together and make new friends.

Outside the children are given time to play together, either on our large school field or in the playground. Children can also choose to have a quieter lunchtime by going into the wildlife area to read or talk quietly with their friends.
