Evaluation of Sports Successes 2024–25

We have made exceptional progress in Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity (PESSPA) during the 2024–25 academic year. Our achievements reflect a sustained and strategic commitment to improving the quality, breadth, and inclusivity of PE and sport provision for all pupils.

🏆 The School Games Mark Criteria 2024-2025

We were so incredibly proud to be awarded the Platinum School Games Kitemark Award in 2024-2025 (an award which lasts for two years) again for the second consecutive time . This award continues to be testament to the offer of sporting activities and opportunities which are on offer to our children at Stanley Grove Academy. Our children receive a varied and exciting curriculum supported by an engaging after-school provision, aimed at consolidating those wonderfully taught skills in lessons.

Being part of Outwood Together cluster further provides ample opportunity for all of our children to engage in competitive events with the intent on enjoyment, teamwork, resilience, perseverance and individual challenge.

We look forward to building upon these successes in the future!
